I run a tree surgery business in Derbyshire . I am in my fifth year and decided that I needed to get another tipper van and get it kitted out for the industry .
It’s a bit of a mind field out there , there are plenty of people selling vans and plenty of firms that will kit them out for my business . There are not so many that do both .
I pride myself on giving a punctual , reliable service to my customers . I keep them informed through any work we do for them and I expect the same from any of my suppliers.
I emailed a few firms explaining what I needed.
Andy McCabe was the first to make contact with me , he phoned me up and asked a lot of questions to clarify my needs. He also gave me good advice on things I had not thought of .
He came back with a few options and packages and we discussed further . Andy had done all this before any of the other companies had even bothered to come back to me . I did eventually get two other quotes , Andy was competitive and had given far better customer service so I decided to place my order with him.
He kept me informed all the way through the process , the van was an imported one and there were a couple of delays but Andy always kept me in the loop.
He delivered the van and we have been using it for three weeks , its met all our needs and we are extremely happy with it .
If anyone was thinking of ordering a product through Andy’s company , I would not only recommend this but would also be happy to discuss my experience with them if necessary .

First of all 1st class service was second to none throughout. Andy helped me out a lot and helped me pick the car right for me. He kept me updated all the time even with his busy schedule (bouncy ball counts as that busy schedule haha) he even had the car delivered to my house as I couldn’t get there.
All in all I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car, great guy who will do anything to help you 5 stars from me.
